Connect

Workshops, Events & Private Facilitation

Facilitation of Authentic Relating & Nonviolent Communication practices, embodied through games, workshops and retreats, designed for deep, lasting and meaningful relationships.

We’re here for Connection!

  • Intentional means done deliberately, or on purpose, meaning with full attention, awareness and presence. Approaching relationships and communication with care, respect and curiosity. Taking the time necessary to learn about another person and their needs, boundaries and desires, as well as our own.

When intentionally connecting with others, we create the fertile soil to grow together. Trust and safety are biproducts of intentional connection done well. When we feel safe and trusting, we can fully express ourselves. And when we feel consistently seen and heard when we express ourselves, we feel deeper bonds with the people around us, cultivating belonging and genuine community.

How do you practice this?

  • Authentic Relating (AR) is a powerful practice that enables you to express your true experience transparently, while inviting others to do the same. It cultivates awareness of your core desires and the ability to communicate them clearly, while honoring the dignity of speaking your authentic voice. With tools to de-escalate conflict, Authentic Relating turns challenges into opportunities for deeper connection, understanding, and empathy. It restores a childlike curiosity, allowing you to engage in meaningful, soulful conversations with anyone, anytime. Ultimately, it creates space for vulnerable, intimate connections where all participants can be fully themselves, and fosters a collective awareness of how context shapes our experience.

  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a communication framework that fosters understanding and connection by focusing on empathy, honesty, and mutual respect. Developed by Marshall Rosenberg, NVC helps individuals express their feelings and needs without judgment or blame, while also actively listening to others in a way that encourages compassion and collaboration. By using a four-step process—observing without evaluating, expressing feelings, identifying needs, and making clear requests—NVC creates space for open dialogue, reduces conflict, and strengthens relationships. This approach is grounded in the belief that when people feel heard and understood, they are more likely to engage in cooperative, non-reactive interactions, making it an essential tool for building trust and fostering harmony in any group or community.

  • As an Authentic Relating Certified Facilitator (Level 4), I have completed comprehensive training through ART International, which empowers me to guide individuals and teams toward deeper engagement and self-discovery. This program provides me with the expertise to facilitate practices that encourage openness, understanding, and true expression within group dynamics. The training involves hands-on experience through live facilitation, personalized mentoring, and continuous feedback, allowing me to design impactful sessions that cultivate trust, authenticity, and connection.

The facilitation techniques I’ve mastered include leading group reflections, providing space for emotional expression, and integrating values such as curiosity, consent, and compassion into every interaction. I am trained in practices like Circling, where participants explore and communicate their experiences in real-time. Additionally, I provide individualized support through coaching, guiding others as they navigate challenges with care and insight. This holistic approach creates a supportive space where participants can fully engage with themselves and each other, leading to powerful connections and transformative insights.
